The Christmas season is often related to the feeling of anticipation. Anticipation of holidays that will be had, of gifts that will be given or received, or just the anticipation of time off, amongst other things.
Can we encourage you to consider the word anticipation in another light as well? We ask you to think about the inherent anticipation in us all for things to become better.
Traditionally this is framed through the concept of Advent, which is the anticipation of the coming of Christ at Christmas and God dwelling within us, bringing love, joy, peace, and hope.
We hope our hospital community members find the words in the display at our front entrance inspiring and the lights uplifting during this special time of the year.
