She has had great success in treating individuals with depression and anxiety using a medication-based and client-centred therapy strategy. Additionally, she has a special interest in attention deficit disorder (ADD). Over the years, she has been able to develop a unique approach that focuses on using life management techniques adapted to each patient’s lifestyle.

Dr Lubimoff's modalities and approaches include Buddhist psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, hypnotherapy, marriage and family counselling, meditation, mindfulness, object relations, psychodynamic, and systems theories. She will be able to teach you coping mechanisms that will allow you to deal with your problems on a day-to-day basis. She can cater to individual, couples, and family therapy.
