Doctor Details

Tabitha is a Clinical Psychologist. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology), Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology. 

Tabitha has worked in both private and public settings supporting individuals across the lifespan with a range of presentations, including PTSD and CPTSD, addictions, mood and anxiety disorders, developmental disorders, personality disorders, chronic pain, and OCD. Tabitha has spent the last few years working with Veterans and their families through Open Arms and therefore has a comprehensive understanding of military experiences. 

Tabitha utilises a variety of evidence-based therapies depending on the goals and needs of each client, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR). Tabitha also has knowledge and experience providing aspects of Triple P Parenting. 

Tabitha provides a professional and compassionate space caring for her clients while supporting exploration of their unmet needs in a person-centred approach.
