Buderim Private Emergency Centre offers an Orthopaedic Injury Service, which includes fast-tracked treatment for people who are injured while playing or training for a sporting club or school or any other kind of accident.
The service can be accessed 24/7 and our expert team of doctors and nurses will assess and treat any workplace injuries in a timely and efficient manner.
The service can be accessed 24/7 at the hospital’s Emergency Centre. Patients accessing this service receive immediate clinical assessment, initial treatment, imaging, and will also coordinate timely follow-up with an orthopaedic surgeon or sports physician, if required.
Located at our Emergency Centre, we have access to specialist orthopaedic surgeons as well as 24-hour expert radiology. There is state-of-the-art equipment including life-saving critical care resuscitation areas; bedside ultrasound and echocardiography; orthopaedic procedure rooms; a dedicated paediatric assessment room; and specialised ear, nose throat (ENT) and eye equipment.
No GP referral or private health insurance is required to visit the Buderim Private Emergency Centre.
