Recommended for pregnant women between 12 and 20 weeks along. Birthing partners are not required for this class.
A healthy and happy pregnancy is all about knowledge, and our maternity experts will provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge about your pregnancy and what you can expect through each stage.
You will get practical advice and tips from our midwives with first-hand experience. This includes everything from understanding your changing body to navigating everyday activities. This is also an excellent opportunity to ask questions and meet other new mums.
You can expect to learn about topics such as:
- Pregnancy myths
- Your changing body
- Common discomforts and remedies
- Challenges in pregnancy
- Diet and exercise with Specialist Dietitian Jodie Wilson
- Pelvic floor awareness
- What to expect from your check-ups
